The Patrimonium Investment Foundation was established in 2009 to invest in real estate and exclusively serve tax-exempt occupational pension funds domiciled in Switzerland – the only investors eligible for our Foundation.
Our Foundation manages the investment groups Swiss Residential Properties, Swiss Healthcare Properties, and Sustainable Infrastructure (evergreen).
We are regulated by the Swiss Occupational Pension Supervisory Commission and are bound by the strict transparency and quality standards of the Swiss Conference of Investment Foundation Managers (KGAST). Patrimonium Investment Foundation is a Swiss foundation as defined in Article 80 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code and Article 53g et seq. of the Swiss Federal Act Law on Occupational Retirement, Survivors’ and Disability Pension Plans (LPP or BVG).
