Senior-secured, long term mortgage loans to established Swiss corporate and individual borrowers, whose credit metrics meet bank underwriting standards, are sourced by Switzerland’s leading bank, and independently selected, managed and monitored by Patrimonium.
This jointly managed fund secures a strong deal flow and an independent credit cycle management, delivering attractive and sustainable returns.
The loans are sourced exclusively by the Swiss bank partner; Patrimonium, the investment manager, performs detailed credit analysis and selects investments. Focus is laid on senior secured residential mortgage loans with a loan-to-value ratio of 50-70% (max. 75%) and a mortgage size of CHF 5m to CHF 15m (max. 5% of the fund volume).
