The Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund and the Patrimonium Real Estate Investment Foundation acquired three entries in October 2015, one and two respectively. The Palettes project is a project for the complete renovation of the building: on the one hand, the envelope, façades, roofs and peripheral insulation and, on the other hand, the 282 apartments spread over the three entrances.
In order to optimise the cost of renovating the façade, part of it is being renovated using the latest generation of photovoltaic panels with the appearance of tinted glass, similar to the other elements of the façade, made of aluminium.
The building permit for the interior renovation of the apartments (distribution columns, kitchens and bathrooms) has been completed by the total refurbishment of the apartments (living rooms). The interior renovation is carried out on an occupied site and the bypasses of the inhabitants are made by columns (minimum 30 apartments per stage) in the apartments kept vacant for the works.
