The capital increase of the Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund (“PSREF”), which took place from 22 June to 6 July 2022, was successfully completed. As a result of the issue, the fund received new money in the maximum amount of approximately CHF 50 million.
With a subscription ratio of sixteen to one (sixteen subscription rights entitled the holder to purchase one new unit), 336,535 new units were issued at an issue price of CHF 152.13 per unit. The placement was fully subscribed. The new units were paid on 13 July 2022. The number of units in circulation is now 5’721’095.
The capital increase was carried out on a commission basis (“best-effort”) within the framework of a public rights offering. The subscription rights were traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange AG from 22 June to 04 July 2022.
The proceeds of the issue will be used to repay debt financing, to finance ongoing projects and to further expand the portfolio.
The listed Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund, whose portfolio has a market value of more than CHF 1 billion, invests in residential properties in the medium and lower rental price segments in Switzerland’s major conurbations, particularly in Western Switzerland. The fund ensures attractive growth through the acquisition of existing properties, the realization of new construction projects, rooftop extensions and the exploitation of further development potential on existing properties.
