The Swiss Residential Properties investment group expanded its portfolio at the end of July 2019, with the purchase of three residential properties at Via Angelo Nessi 42 and Via Dr. Giovanni Varesi 54–56 in Locarno. The transaction volume amounted to around CHF 22 million.
The three fully rented apartment buildings were built between 1967 and 1969. The rents on the 98 apartments are significantly below the market average, which means the properties have attractive development potential. Following these transactions, the investment group’s portfolio grew to around CHF 600 million.
