Our Swiss Residential Properties Investment Group, established on 31 Dec. 2010, invests in residential property across Switzerland with a focus on areas with favourable demographic trends: the Lake Geneva, Basel, Bern, and Zurich regions as well as central Switzerland.
We focus on the low-risk, low- and medium-rent segments of the residential property market, comprised mainly of small and medium-sized apartments. Our investments consist of construction projects as well as existing buildings. We accept capital commitments and contributions in kind.
By drawing on the expertise of our in-house real-estate transaction and construction teams, we can pursue an active buy, build, and manage approach – thereby generating enhanced rental income and long-term capital appreciation.
The Swiss Residential Real Estate investment group is a member of KGAST’s aggregate real-estate index and residential sub-index.
