Baar (ZG) – B+G Switzerland AG, the Swiss horticultural portfolio company majority-owned by Patrimonium Private Equity and EGS Beteiligungen AG, announces the acquisition of two further companies: Hasler Gartenbau GmbH, Zuzgen/AG and Nova Concept Piscines et Jardins SA, Vionnaz/VS (via its subsidiary Amexa SA). The acquisitions are retroactive to 1 January 2023.
B+G Switzerland is thus continuing its strategy of national coverage. By strengthening its presence in northwestern Switzerland and Valais, B+G Switzerland is complementing its already strong position in the Swiss midlands and western Switzerland.
The acquisitions have positive effects for all parties involved: the regional companies can draw on the group’s resources and efficiently implement more demanding projects. New further education and training opportunities are created for their employees. The larger group enables synergies in procurement and in the digitalisation of processes.
Werner Schnorf, Chairman of the Board of Directors of B+G Schweiz AG and Managing Director of Patrimonium Private Equity comments: “We are delighted about the great interest in our national growth strategy and that we can now count Hasler Gartenbau and Nova Piscines et Jardins among our group. B+G Schweiz AG has made a total of five acquisitions in the last 18 months and has grown into a strong group with around 450 employees.”
In addition to the Swiss horticultural company B+G Group, Patrimonium Private Equity Fund‘s actively managed portfolio also includes Grouplink (IT – Germany), Hübner KTB (surface technology – Germany), Roth Group (building insulation and fire protection – Switzerland), and Octo Actuators (electrical drive systems – Germany).
