The ninth annual general meeting (for the financial year 2019) took place in Zurich on 24 April 2020. Due to the current restrictions, the meeting was held without the physical presence of the investors. Nineteen percent of the votes of the foundation were represented by the independent voting representative and powers of attorney. The annual general meeting approved all motions by the foundation board. The foundation board (Alfred Theiler, Christoph Syz, Daniel Heine, Yves Cuendet and Beat Röthlisberger) was re-elected for an ordinary term of office of one financial year until the next annual general meeting.
Christoph Vock (CH, year of birth: 1963) was newly elected to the foundation board. Christoph Vock is a distinguished real estate specialist in the Swiss real estate market. He has many years of experience as an account manager, head of real estate valuation and member of the executive board of IAZI. He was accredited as a valuation expert by FINMA for various Swiss real estate funds. He obtained his licentiate in economics at the University of Fribourg and his doctorate at the University of St. Gallen. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). At present, Christoph Vock works independently in real estate consulting and valuation.
The foundation board constitutes itself. At the foundation board meeting followed by the annual general meeting, the foundation board elected Alfred Theiler as president and Christoph Syz as vice president for a statutory term of office until the next annual general meeting.
