Patrimonium Investment Foundation’s Swiss Healthcare Properties investment group increases its equity by CHF 24 million in June 2022. The capital increase takes place with a call of open capital commitments (call rate 30%). The new entitlements will be issued at NAV as of 30 June 2022.
The capital increase serves to reduce the leverage ratio and to finance the ongoing new construction projects in Orbe (VD) and Boudry (NE) as well as the purchase of the property in Fribourg (co-ownership in equal parts with Swiss Residential Properties investment group) in May 2022. With open capital commitments of more than CHF 50 million after the capital call, further growth of the investment group is ensured.
