The 11th Annual Investors’ Assembly of Patrimonium Investment Foundation, held on 20 May 2022, approves all proposals with unanimity
The investors’ meeting of 20 May 2022 was held physically again after an interruption of two years and was held in Zurich at Talacker 50 in the Rooftop. Thirteen percent of the voting rights were represented via proxy to the independent proxy, proxy to the investment foundation and physically on site.
The proposals of the Foundation Board were all unanimously approved. The annual report and the annual financial statements of the investment groups and the administrative account were approved. The Foundation Board, the Investment Committee of the Residential Real Estate Switzerland investment group and the management were discharged for the 2021 financial year.
In the annual election, BDO AG, Zurich, was confirmed as auditors for another financial year. The previous members of the Board of Trustees Yves Cuendet (Fondation Patrimonia), Daniel Heine (Patrimonium AG), Beat Röthlisberger (independent), Christoph Syz (Patrimonium AG), Christoph Vock (independent) stood for re-election and were unanimously elected for the 2022 financial year until the next ordinary investors’ meeting.
Alfred Theiler, the long-standing Chairman of the Board of Trustees since the establishment of the Patrimonium Investment Foundation in 2009, did not stand for re-election due to age. Christoph Syz, who chaired the investors’ meeting as Vice Chairman, thanked Alfred Theiler for his great services during the twelve years since the foundation was established. A new member of the Foundation Board will be appointed in the coming months.
