At the core of our values is the concept of win-win-win, where our employees, our clients, and our company succeed together.
At Patrimonium, I’ve been able to gather valuable experiences and take on responsibilities quickly throughout my career. My journey began as an intern in the Real Estate Transactions team, before progressing to roles as an Analyst and then an Investment Associate. Over the years, I’ve been involved in numerous real estate transactions in Switzerland, which eventually led to my promotion to Fund Manager. In this new role, I’m responsible for managing a new real estate portfolio.
Recently, I had the opportunity to relocate from our office in Crissier to our office in Zurich, where I continue my activities and also contribute to real estate development projects in German-speaking Switzerland. This continuous development and transition into a new environment are valuable milestones both professionally and personally, providing me with challenging tasks and continuous development opportunities.
Alexandre Martin, Fund Manager Real Estate
