The Swiss Residential Properties investment group increased its equity by CHF 57 million. The capital increase was carried out as part of a call on open capital commitments. The new entitlements were issued at NAV as at the end of April 2023. The capital increase mainly serves to reduce the debt financing ratio and to finance the ongoing construction projects.
The Swiss Healthcare Properties investment group increased its equity by CHF 26 million. The capital increase was carried out as part of a call on open capital commitments. The new entitlements were issued at NAV as at the end of April 2023.
The capital increase serves to reduce the leverage ratio and to finance the ongoing new construction projects in Orbe (VD) and Boudry (NE) and Kriens (LU) as well as the purchase of the new construction project in Bülach in March 2023. The two new construction projects in Orbe and Boudry will be completed this year.
Further capital increases are under consideration for the second half of the year.
